I have been seeing Dr Cindi Ho for the longest time. She is very professional, caring, detail and skillful. I had just seen her 27 Aug 24 for molar extraction. In fact I was very apprensive but she really calm me down and done a very good job. She explained the sequences and steps that she will be performing and she really calm my nervousness. My molar root is very long and she can take it out swiftly without much pain. Really thanks her for getting me the urgent appointment and smooth extraction. Such a understanding and caring dentist💕. Highly recommend Dr Cindi Ho and her team for all dental caring treatments.Keep up the good practice!

My recent visits to de Pacific Dental Group at Pasir Ris Blk 446 have been incredible. Dr Tan Wei Li and her amazing team were in attendance. I have never felt so pleased and satisfied with the attention I received and most importantly, my voices were heard. The level of care, concern, and expertise they demonstrated exceeded all my expectations.Dr. Wen Li was one of the most patient and understanding dentists I've ever met. I've been with Dr Cindi Ho for roughly about 6-7 years. I started off doing a normal cleaning but ended up with a deep root cleaning procedure as well as wisdom tooth operation.Dental had always been a terrifying experience since young but with Dr Cindi, that experience turn into something that I look forward to every 6 months. Going to her appointment is like going to visit a friend. Even though dental cleaning is still something that make my hair stands, Dr Cindi is able to make it better with her gentle touch and professionalism.Greatly recommend for anyone looking for a to go-to dentist.

Went for my usual teeth cleaning/polishing session and Dr Tan Wen Li and her assistant provided a great service! Not only was the cleaning/polishing done well, she also advised on my oral hygiene and things to take note too.Liked that there were automated reminders for my appointment so I am able to consistently maintain my oral hygiene. Overall, the team provided a great service.

I called on a Sunday just before their closing time. The receptionist was very friendly and she helped me secure a next day appointment to check my chipped tooth. Dr Prashanna attended to my case. He was very patient and took pictures to explain my situation in detail, giving advice on the treatment options as well as post procedure care at home. Entire process was friendly, not rushed, informative and pleasant. I am glad to have come here.

Dr Cindi Ho is the dentist that my family and I are most comfortable with. Ever cheerful and friendly, she always starts off with some nice conversation to ease you into your visit, then completes your checkup swiftly and with no pain. She even removed my wisdom teeth in record time and no pain to speak of.The admin team at de Pacific Pasir Ris are also always friendly, accommodating and responsible, contacting you ahead of time to remind you of your appointments.I definitely recommend de Pacific Pasir Ris and Dr Cindi Ho if going to the dentist has ever felt like a daunting experience to you. They will change your whole perception!
