It's been a while since I visited a dental clinic. Was recommended by my sister to visit de Pacific @ AMK and I finally understood why. The staffs were friendly and welcoming while Dr Andrea Chen & Assistant Lalia were friendly and professional. It's my first visit and I already see tremendous changes to my teeth. It's my first visit and definitely will not be my last visit. Can't wait to be back for more appointments!

Have been under the delicate care of DePacific (AMK) for more than a decade. I am happy to have met Dr Cindi Ho. She is meticulous and understanding. No pushy selling of services, just gentle reminders of what should be done to my problematic teeth with no obligations. Knowing that my son is special, she takes extra care and gently cleans his teeth. Counter staff are friendly and will always greet us with their greatest smile. Now my whole family (father, husband and son) are also under the care of DePacific (AMK). Quite amazed that though we visit the clinic at different times, they are able to recognise that we are from the same family. My father loves to chat with counter staff (forgot to ask for her name) because she is able to speak hokkien. The newly renovated clinic is now more spacious and grand looking.

I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Cindy, and I couldn’t be more impressed. After detecting a crack in my molar, Dr. Cindy referred me for a root canal, and ensured that the process went smoothly. She then successfully fixed a crown on my tooth, demonstrating exceptional skill and care. Dr. Cindy is incredibly gentle and kind, making the entire experience comfortable.Additionally, the counter staff were also really nice and approachable, adding to the overall positive experience.If you’re apprehensive about dental treatments, I highly recommend Dr. Cindy for her compassionate approach and professional excellence.

I had been a long time patient of Dr Bran Chan from De Pacific AMK for more than 7years iirc. He is utmost professional and friendly. He treats his patient with care and genuine concern. Continue to visit this clinic, despite moving to the east two years ago.What’s more, over the course of my treatment, the receptionist, dental nurses had been helpful and service oriented. I have been with de pacific for over 10 years for a check-up and cleaning, and I was very impressed with the service. The staff were friendly and professional, and the dentist aka my Dr Chua explained everything clearly. The office was clean, and I felt safe with their COVID-19 precautions as well. Overall experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a reliable dental care provider. Which I have also intro a few friends there that enjoy this place.

First visited de Pacific 6 months ago to get the black stains on my 2 years old toddler teeth removed. Had a great experience with Dr Chen despite my son biting her finger in the midst of the cleaning. 😂 Today revisited for same treatment. Dr Chen and her team did not disappoint. Patiently coaxing my son to open his mouth and providing great comfort to him throughout the whole process. Gotta say they're superb with kids! And shout-out to the ever friendly and kind front desk staff!

I have been a regular cust with de Pacific Dental for years.. de Pacific Dental have very good staffs who are very professional in handling the customer and good customer service . I have seen few dentists within the clinic and personally feels Dr Alex is a very good dentist and gives good advise for my treatment. See you guys 6 months later :)
