Dr Leona graduated from University of Melbourne with Honours. During her years in Australia, she has worked in both public and private clinics in rural Victoria before returning to Singapore.
She strongly believes in providing good quality dentistry and broadening her dental knowledge, mostly through attendance of courses locally and overseas. As a clinician, she has special interests in aesthetic dentistry, root canal treatment and crowns. She is also a certified Invisalign provider. Being passionate about patient-oriented care, she listens to the needs of her patients and aims to tailor treatment plans accordingly to each individual. She takes a gentle approach towards patients, ensuring that they feel comfortable in the dental chair. She also believes in utilizing her knowledge to give back to the community, and participated in voluntary work such as giving an oral health talk to migrant workers.
Outside of dentistry, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She likes to travel and enjoys exploring food places when she is overseas. She also has a passion for cooking and baking.
