When I first time meet DePacific dental, I remember because of my upper tooth pain until can't sleep well.Then I call to make an appointment which is nearby. After the appointment, I'm really satisfied with their service. Thank you Dr Pras and the customer service team, Serene, Vicky, Jaslin and Wei Tian always give me advice and suggest. Then I decided to have Invisalign at DePacific dental, recently they have a new branch nearby the balestier road. It was convenient and easy find the location.

The dentists at the Balestier clinic are really professional and friendly. Their new clinic at Novena is spacious and wheelchair friendly. Our mum was not mobile so taking x-rays in the x-ray room will be challenging. When the dentist said they can do the x-ray in the treatment room, it really a great news for us. Mum's treatment is quick and smooth. Our whole family will definitely continue dental treatments here. 👍👍👍👍👍😊
My first visit here at this new clinic dePacific Novena branch. They just expanded here around a month ago, across from their Balestier branch at Zhongshan mall nearby that I frequently visits.At a building by itself, decor and fixtures still fresh and tidying up in progress. Can't wait to see it up and running in all its splendor on my next visit! Quite spacious with clear and welcoming ambience~As always, I had Dr Prashanna and I can tell he has already adjusted into this new work environment. For check-up, Profiled clearly/Remedied with care/Assessing works in-depth/Stabilize treatment with concern; Handled in a smooth and timely manner.The reception area and staff are presented well to assist in a pleasant manner.To whomever seeking feedback, I firmly trust Dr Prashanna and the clinic associates.
Had a first visit and was quite captured by the friendly receptionist sharing in deeper detail what would a toddler go thru for his first dental experience.During the actual dental session, the doctor was very professional in trying to keep the child's attention and to allow them perform the cleaning.Pricing wise it's very comparable to other major dental clinics such as Q&M thus definitely will revisit again for kiddo follow up dental session.
