Dr Cindi Ho is the dentist that my family and I are most comfortable with. Ever cheerful and friendly, she always starts off with some nice conversation to ease you into your visit, then completes your checkup swiftly and with no pain. She even removed my wisdom teeth in record time and no pain to speak of. The admin team at de Pacific Pasir Ris are also always friendly, accommodating and responsible, contacting you ahead of time to remind you of your appointments. Dr Rachel is the best dentist I have ever had. I have been her patient for many years and although Pasir Ris is so far from home, I will happily travel to find her. She also takes care of my husband’s and children’s teeth. She is a very gentle, very thorough and knowledgeable dentist. Before seeing her I had bad cavities and needed fillings at almost every dental visit. No one likes the pain of the drilling!! She made it so tolerable (without needing anaesthesia). She guided me on how to care for my teeth, what foods to avoid, how to brush and floss my teeth properly. She makes each visit a breeze and something to look forward to. Thanks Dr Rachel for your care and expertise!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Audrey Low and her team for many years now, and I have consistently been impressed by their expertise and commitment to patient care. Dr. Low takes the time to carefully listen to my concerns at every appointment and always engages with her patients in off topics relating to anything from work issues to travel itinerary. Additionally, the receptionists are exceptionally polite and friendly, and they always take the time to engage in pleasant conversations with patients during their visits. I highly recommend Dr. Audrey Low as your dentist!
